Things I've been doing lately: Yoga

My family: I have my wife Mary, and three sons, ages 16, 21, and 24. Mike has written several novels, Ben is in IUPUI to become an occupational therapist, and 16yo Alex is deeply in love and likes to wear hats and hike in toe shoes.

Life experiences: Beside my family, I would have to say yoga meditation. It is a continuous source of strength and blessing

My favorite books, movies and music: Brian Conn's The Fixed Stars, Solaris, and Alanis Morissette (and I'm not looking her up to make sure I spell her right).
